Yes, to my surprise, their customer service was courteous and responsive. I’ve never had to wait more than a day for an answer to a question, and they’ve never been rude. They even helped me with a storage issue. They were under no obligation to do so. This is good old fashioned small business customer service. Delivery was prompt and everything is as shown in the photos and of high quality. Even better than expected. Very satisfied.
